Before applying online, keep the following points in mind:

Applicants are required to apply only through Online mode only, no other means/mode of submission of application form will be accepted.

Candidate's Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name and Date of Birth should be same as mentioned in HSLC or equivalent certificate

Please keep your 'scanned photograph' and 'scanned signature' ready with you in the following format

Your recent scanned passport size photograph in white background in .jpg or .png format (file size should not exceed 100 KB)

Your scanned signature in .jpg or .png format (file size should not exceed 50 KB)
